. Today i'm talking about one of the most popular problems in the world right now : obesity 
. Today i'm talking about one of the most popular problems in the world right now : obesity These days people are getting overweight that they are struggling to lose surplus weight. They are looking for cause of this problem every day, however, the true cause of this problem is their inappropriate method of dealing with it. The true cause is that our mind is affected by the toxic food environment or
if we feel anxious we may eat as a way to distract yourself from these thoughts. So, the best sollution is to shift our mental focus from food to healthier foci such as physical exersions to help reduce the amount of food you eat as well as cultivate a healthy lifestyle.
